June Impact & Data Meeting Highlights
This month, we analyzed shifts in user engagement across both the app and WhatsApp—especially around translation usage, symptom search, and health updates.
Our focus remained on increasing adoption: new messaging flows were tested, and improvements in onboarding were mapped out to drive sign-ups and long-term use.
We also discussed ways to inform WhatsApp users about high-value features currently available on the app, bridging the experience across platforms.
